Meet Me

There are only two ways to face life:
either we dream it, or we make it happen.
René Char
My name is Rachel Alexandra Gantier, but I have gone by Alexandra since day one. I was born in 1986 in Paris and lived my first six years in the heart of Paris 17e. My heritage is a blend of South American and European roots, a unique mix that has significantly shaped my identity over the years. This diverse background has not only enriched my personal life but also influenced my professional journey, sparking a continuous pursuit of intellectual and spiritual knowledge.
At the age of six, my life took a significant turn when my parents decided to move to Quito, Ecuador. For eight years, I had the privilege to discover South America while immersed in the French education system provided by the French school La Condamine in Quito. This experience in Ecuador was truly life-changing, leaving an indelible mark on me, broadening my worldview, and enriching my perspective on life in unmatched ways. When the economic crisis hit Ecuador in 2000, we returned to Paris, where I completed my secondary and college education, further shaping my personal and professional journey.
In Paris, I obtained my master's degrees in Public Affairs, International Relations, and Management from HEC Paris and a JD in International and European Law. My curiosity led me to expand my academic horizons by pursuing a master's in Philosophy at Paris-Ouest Nanterre University. This diverse academic background has equipped me with a broad understanding of various disciplines, enabling me to teach political and moral philosophy later at National Louis University in Chicago, where I taught first-year and third-year undergraduate students for two years.
In 2017, my life took a decisive turn for the second time when my husband and I decided to move to Chicago. In the U.S., I embraced with happiness my role as a new mom, raising and educating our two little boys. Our children's education has been marked by multilingualism, as they listen to three languages almost daily.
Entrepreneurial Journey with AGH Public Relations Agency
As an entrepreneur and consultant, I founded my public relations agency, AGH Communications LLC, D.B.A. AGH Public Relations, in late 2019. My agency has distinguished itself through its commitment to large-scale socio-economic causes, offering narratives and communication strategies to stakeholders dedicated to driving sustainable change across various industries. My unwavering drive toward a more inclusive and equitable world has fueled my work in corporations, nonprofits, and social communities, inspiring me to make a meaningful contribution to societal change.

Writing and Academic Research
Beyond my roles as an entrepreneur, I have discovered a true passion for writing and academic research. Since 2009, I have dedicated myself to writing articles and speeches for others. Today, more than a decade later, I focus on topics related to leadership, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI), and women empowerment with a personal and committed approach. I am also pursuing my PhD in Management control about DEI policies in public companies in the United States.

Mission and Commitment
Through my writing, I aim to offer a wide range of resources and tools designed to promote personal development and contribute to the growth of each individual as a person full of potential and as a leader in their field. As a woman and a citizen committed to the major causes of our time, this contribution is essential to enrich society and foster positive change in the world around us.
